From 1981 to 1993, served as a dedicated member of the Snohomish School Board, advocating for the education and well-being of local students. This commitment to the youth of the community has been a cornerstone of civic involvement. Recently, lifelong contributions were recognized with induction into the Snohomish High School Hall of Fame, honoring unwavering support and commitment to the youth of Snohomish.
